Planes, TRAINS, and automobiles

Here are a few pics of some train stations I went to in order to prepare for my trip to Edinburgh (pronounced 'Edin-burrah') Scotland. It was challenging to navigate through the crowds but at least all the signs were all in english! It will be a while before I am brave enough to venture into foreign lands that don't use english as their common tongue. Notice how tidy everything is? Oh yeah, I liked that! Onto Scotland!

Day at the Museum

Hello everybody,
I visited the The Museum of Natural History yesterday and wanted to share my trip with you ! The building is a beautiful victorian design and everywhere you look you see something amazing. I loved the exhibits but I could not help but take pics of the details of the building itself. Look for yourselves..

I went down the pub and finally had a guiness. It was pretty darn good. I sat with a father and his son from Yorkshire. They were in town to meet with their member of Parliment rep who invited them for a tour. The dad was a retired journalist who had the funniest stories I had ever heard. He took this pic of me as proof of my guiness right of passage here in lovely ol' England. Take that Jim!

Do clothes make the man?

Dear Son,
I know you wanted me to bring you back something to wear from London. Here are a few pics of the fashions I saw in the windows. I cannot bring you back anything to wear from London unless you are competely willing to change your lifestyle and allow yourself to get beaten up routinely. It is your decision! Just let me know..

Lost in Translation

One thing I noticed here is that everywhere you go there is somebody who speaks your
language. Just lo0k at the sign I found hanging in one of the market cafes'. I was really impressed at the lower right side on the list. I an pretty rusty in this language otherwise I would have tested them!
